The SOPRANO consortium consists of 24 Partners from 7 different countries (Greece, UK, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Slovenia and Ireland). The consortium ranges from SMEs to multinational companies as well as public and non-profit organisations. The main activities and areas of expertise include software solutions, telecare and telehealth services, social, human and gerontological research, computer graphics, communication and technology services, smart environments and information management. The consortium is committed to excellence by using the relevant experience and background of each of its partners in order to achieve a common goal, namely to improve the quality of life of the ageing society in Europe.
